1. Who we are

ImoleAye Wellness (“ImoleAye,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a wellness and aesthetics practice presented by Kleiman Healthcare Services and led by Naz Kleiman, FNP-BC. This policy covers imoleaye.com (the “Site”) and our SMS program. Protected health information you share with us as a patient is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available on request.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a consultation, purchase a program, or opt in to text messages, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. The Site may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site through cookies and similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as intended if you do.

Third-party services. Payments, financing (Cherry), scheduling, and social platforms (Instagram) are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm consultations and sessions, provide and manage the programs you purchase, send appointment reminders and practice updates, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, ImoleAye Wellness may send text messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and occasional practice updates.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (503) 427-0588.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, and as required by law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or other personally identifiable information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and practice and who are bound to use it only on our behalf; when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ImoleAye, our patients, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of practice assets, subject to this policy.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

7. Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, which we will honor as required.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
